“ With Irish and Italian origin, I have settled in Monaco in the early 2000’s.
Walking through the streets of Monte-Carlo, I became aware of the real treasure of the principality's bitter orange trees. This small and emblematic nation was once a rich agricultural land. Well before the advent of tourism, yachts and the Grand Prix, the production of citrus fruits represented a pillar for the local economy, therefore its richness was directly connected to the characteristic Mediterranean fruits.
In 2017, I opened the doors of the first and only Distillerie de Monaco, with the aim of crafting liqueurs and spirits which are able to offer an authentic taste of the Principality of Monaco, developed from its territory, from its fruits and its plants.”

GIN AUX AGRUMES :
An emblematic expression of the Cote d'Azur region: Gin Aux Agrumes is a distillate that brings together a concentrate of 7 different citrus fruits from the surroundings of Monte-Carlo, grown at a maximum of 20km away from Monaco.
While respecting the tradition of London Dry Gin, which sees juniper as its main ingredient, La Distillerie de Monaco introduces a fresh and citrusy gin enriched with fresh ginger, sichuan pepper and lemon thyme. The resulting drink contained in our peculiar bottles reflects a fresh and sunny spirit typical of the French Riviera.
